FCS UB’s Response to COVID-19
The health and safety of the FCS UB academic community are our top priority.
Current Policies and Status
The Faculty of Cultural Studies is in a phased recovery of operations due to COVID-19. Below is an overview of our current policies and protocols. These will continue to be adjusted as the public health situation changes.

COVID-19 Vaccines
All students attending in-person classes and all employees will be required to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Wear a mask
FCS requires that every visitor must wear a mask when indoors, in public spaces, as well as in shared spaces.

Health Check
Health status reports are required periodically for the FCS academic community.
Returning to Campus Safely
FCS UB will require all students attending in-person classes and all employees working on campus to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
COVID-19 Vaccinations
The COVID-19 vaccines have been proven safe and effective in preventing the spread of the coronavirus and are available for all ages, 12 or older at no cost.
