SMAN 14 Tangerang Visited FCS UB to Increase Student Motivation

Faculty of Cultural Studies (FCS) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) received a visit from SMAN 14 Tangerang on Thursday (3/16/2023). There were 100 of 11-grade students accompanied by six teachers received in the 2^nd Floor Auditorium B Building, FCS UB. The purpose of this event is to motivate students of SMAN 14 Tangerang to continue their studies in higher education, especially UB.

“UB is an extraordinary university. We came here to introduce UB to our students. For this reason, we visit UB so that they are motivated and continue their studies in higher education,” explained Ernawati, a teacher representative of SMAN 14 Tangerang.

“Hopefully, our students can enroll and get more opportunities in UB, and also motivate them to study diligently,” she hoped.

The students listened carefully to the explanation about UB, especially FCS UB by Scarletina Vidyayani Eka, M.Hum., the Head of PSIK FCS UB. It was shown by their enthusiasm when they scrambled to answer the quiz correctly and received FCS UB merchandise prizes as the reward.

“We brought 21 teachers and staff to visit UB this time. This is not our first visit, but the 3rd time. And we are grateful for our acceptance,” concluded Ernawati. [dts/vidya/PR FCS]
