Japan today faces various social problems, including an increasing elderly population, most of them are not in good health. On the other hand, there are families that are not able to take care of their parents, so the choice is to treat them in a health facility. For this reason, a large number of care givers are needed.
The Japanese government offered this care giver program to Indonesia. One of them is PT. Japan Educating Academy (JEA) in cooperation with the Japanese Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Studies (FCS) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) hold Japanese language training for nurses who will work as care givers in Japan.
The socialization was held on Wednesday (05/15/2019) in Building B FCS UB. It was attended by approximately 40 nurses. Yuri Nomura as the representative of PT. JEA acted as a speaker to explain the care giver program. (PS.PBJep/DT/MSH/PSIK FIB)
