Tim Zona Integritas FIB UB Gelar Rapat Koordinasi Awal Tahun 2025

Entering 2025, the Integrity Zone Team (ZI) of the Faculty of Cultural Studies (FCS), Universitas Brawijaya (UB), started its steps by holding an Initial Coordination Meeting. The activity on Friday (17/1/2025) in the 2nd Floor Hall of Building A FCS UB was attended by all members of the ZI Team, Change Agent Team, and Complaint Handling and Gratification Control Team (TP3G).

This meeting is essential in strengthening FCS UB’s commitment towards a Region Free from Corruption (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Region (WBBM). This initial coordination aims to ensure that all teams understand the tasks, roles, and work strategies that will be carried out during 2025.

In his remarks, the Vice Dean for General Affairs, Finance, and Resources, Nanang Endrayanto, S.S., M.Sc., said there was a change in the composition of the FIB UB ZI Team structure. This year, the entire implementation of the Integrity Zone program is entirely entrusted to the Education Personnel (Staff).

“The ZI FCS UB team in 2025 is now fully implemented by educational staff. Therefore, there are several adjustments and additional team members in various areas,” explained Nanang.

This change is expected to provide new energy in implementing the Integrity Zone work program while increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of task implementation within FIB UB.

During the meeting, the Change Management Area Manager, Diah Eko Wahjuni, S.Pd., introduced new members of the ZI Team, Change Agent Team, and TP3G Team. In addition, she also emphasized the importance of managing and collecting complete and accurate data to support the reporting and evaluation process of the program.

“The success of the Integrity Zone cannot be separated from the completeness of data and documentation in each activity. Therefore, I hope that all teams can be more proactive in fulfilling data needs for reporting,” said Diah.

During the meeting, strategies and work plans that will be carried out throughout 2025 were also discussed. Some of the main focuses of the FCS UB Integrity Zone program this year include (1) strengthening Change Management through socialization and internalization of a work culture of integrity, (2) improving the Quality of Information Technology-based Public Services to support fast, precise, and transparent services, (3) controlling Gratuities and handling complaints through optimizing the role of TP3G, (4) and strengthening Change Agents as a driving force for a clean and serving work culture.

With a structured strategy and involving all elements of the faculty, FCS UB is optimistic that it can accelerate the achievement of the Integrity Zone predicate towards WBK and WBBM.

This coordination meeting is an early milestone for FIB UB in strengthening its commitment to creating a clean, transparent, accountable bureaucracy. The synergy between faculty leaders, educational staff, and the entire team is expected to optimize the implementation of the Integrity Zone work program.

“Hopefully, with a new spirit and team solidity, FIB UB can achieve the title of Corruption-Free Area and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area this year,” Nanang concluded.

The meeting ended with a discussion session and a work agenda preparation as a concrete step in realizing better governance at FIB UB. [dts/PR FCS]
