Body Temperature Screening and Hand Sanitizing Procedure
The Faculty of Cultural Studies (FCS) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) has again one of the organizers for Computer-Based Writing Examination (UTBK) of Test-Based National Selection (SNBT) 2023. UTBK-SNBT was held simultaneously throughout Indonesia in two batches. Batch I was held from 8 to 14 May 2023 and Batch II was held from 22 to 28 May 2023.
The UTBK-SBNT at FCS UB was divided into two sessions every day, the morning session and the afternoon session. The morning session took place at 6.45 – 10.30 a.m., while the afternoon session took place at 12.30 – 4.15 p.m.
This year, FCS UB accommodated 80 participants in each session spreading across several examination rooms. There was the Hall of FCS A Building which accommodated 40 participants, the Multimedia Laboratory Room 3 on the 4th floor of FCS A Building which accommodated 20 participants, and the Multimedia Laboratory Room 2 which was located on the 2nd Floor of the Senate Building which accommodated a total of 20 participants.
Metal Detector Screening
Even though the COVID-19 pandemic has been declared endemic, the UTBK-SNBT organizing team still enforced adjusted health protocols for each participant who carried out UTBK-SBNT exam at UB. Participants were still required to wear masks when entering the test site, as the committee continued to enforce temperature checks on each participant.
To prevent test fraud, the UTBK-SNBT FCS UB committee also performed screening with metal detector to check participants before the test started in front of the test room. The screening was carried out by female and male officers, at each test location.
For each day, several supervisors for UTBK-SNBT FCS UB were in charge to monitor the participants in each room. In the Hall of FCS A Building were two people and in Multimedia Room 3 and Multimedia Laboratory Room 2 were one for each. [trans.dts/ed.vidya/PR FCS]
