SASTRA (LISAN) PASTORAL SEBAGAI SASTRA LINGKUNGAN

Abstract

Texts of Oral Literature have a great potention to become texts of environmental wisdom literature or ecology literature since either implicitly or explicitly they presents environmental themes and make them as  text ethical orientation. Within these texts, human beings are seen as part of the best living universe as they acknowledge the the wonder of the universe and  refuse to insist their will upon it. The distinctive characteristics of environmental wisdom literature texts are the existence of pastoral traits which describe the elements of Arcadia, bucolic, idylls, the elements of  georgic, as well as the discourse of   retreat and return.

Teks sastra lisan memuat potensi besar sebagai teks sastra kearifan lingkungan atau sastra ekologi karena secara tersirat maupun tersurat  telah menghadirkan tema tentang lingkungan dan menjadikan tema lingkungan  sebagai orientasi etis teks. Di dalamnya, manusia dilihat sebagai bagian dari alam semesta yang  hidup terbaik dengan mengakui keajaiban alam dan menolak memaksakan kehendak atasnya. Karakteristik khas teks sastra kearifan lingkungan adalah adanya ciri pastoral yang terurai atas  deskripsi  Arcadia,  bucolic, idylls, unsur georgic, serta memuat wacana retreatdan return.
