Masih dalam Suasana Idul Fitri 1444 H, FIB UB Kembali Melaksanakan Halalbihalal secara Luring setelah Masa Pandemi

After being separated for a long time by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Faculty of Cultural Studies (FCS) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) was celebrating the long-awaited moment, halalbihalal, to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1444 H on Friday (5/5/2023). The event certainly raised the spirit of togetherness and revived tradition that has been carried out for a long time. At this event, guests, retirees, lecturers, education staff, and student representatives gathered in the FCS B Hall.

This event was an opportunity to strengthen mutual relationships and establish closer cooperation for the future. The spirit of togetherness and kinship was truly felt in a warm atmosphere.

The event began with the recitation of the holy verses of the Qur’an by Sony Syuro Nugroho and sari tilawah by Rosyidatul Himawati, M.Pd.I. Then it continued with religious lecture by Ustadz Fatoni who brought about the importance of forgiving and the prohibition of holding grudges. The following agenda was a prayer reading by Very Erawanto, M.Pd.I. These activities were expected to provide enlightenment and inspiration for all attendees to strengthen religious and moral values in daily life.

On this occasion, the Dean of FCS UB, Hamamah, S.Pd., M.Pd. Ph.D. also expressed her gratitude and good wishes for a glorious future of FCS UB.

“Hopefully all FCS members can continue to grow, and make a positive contribution to UB, society, and Indonesian,” said Hamamah.

Aside from being a gathering moment, this event served as a forum for information sharing on the progress of FCS UB in the last few years. There were renewals of various facilities and infrastructure owned by FCS in order to provide adequate facilities for both students who are studying and all academic members working at FCS UB.

This event was closed with a greeting procession for all FCS UB members who attended the event and continued with a hospitality agenda which was held on the first floor of Building B FCS UB. [trans.dts/ed.vidya/PR FCS]
