In addition to complying with the regulations of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Universitas Brawijaya also establishes a List of Exempt Information based on consequence testing results. The following is the List of Exempt Information by Universitas Brawijaya:

  1. Information/data on the personal identity of lecturers, education staff, students, cooperation partners, foreign researchers, and alumni, consisting of:
    1. Location/home address, personal phone number, personal identification numbers (e.g., NIK, Family Card number); and
    2. Copies of personal identification documents (e.g., copies of NIK, driver’s license, student ID card, etc.).
  2. Income and PPh 21 reports withheld.
  3. Embargo on Student Final Assignment Repository.
  4. CCTV footage and photos/videos taken in medical environments such as UB Hospital.
  5. Medical records.
  6. Patient debt data at UB Hospital.
  7. Descriptions of complaints/feedback entered into UB-Care (Feedback Care) system at Universitas Brawijaya.
  8. Individual UKT Grade for each student (not general UKT Grade).
  9. Data related to the New Student Admissions process that is still ongoing (before re-registration is completed), consisting of:
    1. Number of New Students who have completed re-registration.
    2. Number of New Students who have withdrawn.
  10. Information/data on alumni personal details in the Tracer Study questionnaire.
  11. Information/data on personal details from the Graduate User Satisfaction Survey.
  12. Information on the identity of victims or witnesses related to handling sexual violence cases:
    1. Identity of the victim or witness;
    2. Identity of parties directly involved in the report;
    3. Identity of the victim’s family members.
  13. Confidential psychological records and results of psychological examinations during student counseling and psychotherapy processes.
  14. Reviewer Identity in the Review Process:
    1. Evaluation of Research/Community Service Proposals;
    2. Validation process of Research/Community Service outputs;
    3. Application/formation process of study/service centers.
  15. Research/Community Service results that have not been published.
  16. Research/Community Service processes that have not been published.
