In addition to complying with the regulations of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Universitas Brawijaya also establishes a List of Exempt Information based on consequence testing results. The following is the List of Exempt Information by Universitas Brawijaya:
- Information/data on the personal identity of lecturers, education staff, students, cooperation partners, foreign researchers, and alumni, consisting of:
- Location/home address, personal phone number, personal identification numbers (e.g., NIK, Family Card number); and
- Copies of personal identification documents (e.g., copies of NIK, driver’s license, student ID card, etc.).
- Income and PPh 21 reports withheld.
- Embargo on Student Final Assignment Repository.
- CCTV footage and photos/videos taken in medical environments such as UB Hospital.
- Medical records.
- Patient debt data at UB Hospital.
- Descriptions of complaints/feedback entered into UB-Care (Feedback Care) system at Universitas Brawijaya.
- Individual UKT Grade for each student (not general UKT Grade).
- Data related to the New Student Admissions process that is still ongoing (before re-registration is completed), consisting of:
- Number of New Students who have completed re-registration.
- Number of New Students who have withdrawn.
- Information/data on alumni personal details in the Tracer Study questionnaire.
- Information/data on personal details from the Graduate User Satisfaction Survey.
- Information on the identity of victims or witnesses related to handling sexual violence cases:
- Identity of the victim or witness;
- Identity of parties directly involved in the report;
- Identity of the victim’s family members.
- Confidential psychological records and results of psychological examinations during student counseling and psychotherapy processes.
- Reviewer Identity in the Review Process:
- Evaluation of Research/Community Service Proposals;
- Validation process of Research/Community Service outputs;
- Application/formation process of study/service centers.
- Research/Community Service results that have not been published.
- Research/Community Service processes that have not been published.
