International Relations Office

IRO (International Relations Office) is one of the non-OTK units in the Faculty of Cultural Studies formed based on the Decree of the Dean. The IRO organizational structure consists of a Chair, Secretary, and one Administrative Staff. IRO is in charge of handling document processing and cooperation agreements between the Faculty of Cultural Studies and partners, both from National dan International. The cooperation documents include MoU (Memorandum of Understanding), MoA (Memorandum of Agreement), and IA (Implementation Arrangement).

In the implementation of the cooperation documents with partners management, especially regarding the clauses of the cooperation agreement and the implementation plan, IRO coordinates with the Study Programs and related Departments within the Faculty of Cultural Studies which is the subject of the collaboration. In addition, to manage cooperation documents within the university, IRO coordinates with IO (International Office) UB and Cooperation Section UB. Coordination related to international cooperation is carried out with IO UB, while coordination is related to National cooperation with Cooperation Section UB.
