Natalia Angelina Indraputri Yusuf, a student of the Study Programme of Japanese Literature, Faculty of Cultural Studies (FCS) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) won 2nd place in the national-level music competition LANGGAM Indonesia. The competition was held virtually in July 2022.

LANGGAM Indonesia is a Drum Band/Marching Band competition that has been held routinely since 1986. The 34th LANGGAM, titled LANGGAM Indonesia XXXIV/2022, was held virtually due to the persisting COVID-19 pandemic. The competition attracted participants from all over the country.

Natalia was the runner up with a score of 73 in the Individual Marimba division, representing the Ekalavya Suara Brawijaya Marching Band. She performed with the theme “Video Game Music”, playing “Deep White” from the rhythm game “Deemo” with her marimba. The names of the winners were announced on LANGGAM’s Instagram page @langgamindonesia, and Natalia’s performance is now available to watch on their official YouTube channel “LANGGAM Indonesia”.
