The level of trust and satisfaction of the public with FIB UB is high. This faculty is considered to have good competence in cultural studies and has study programs that are accredited as excellent and very good at the national level. To support FIB UB’s image in the community, the faculty is also active in research, community service, and cooperation with various parties both nationally and internationally. In the future, FIB UB strives to achieve an excellent predicate and obtain international accreditation for all study programs. In 2024, the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) of FIB reached an A grade, indicating excellent performance.
